William M. Dauber, 46, died February 18, 2013 at the Salina Regional Health Center, Salina. He was born June 29, 1966 in Wichita, the son of Donald and Norene Clayton Dauber. He was a graduate of Dodge City Christian High School. As a result of attending Christian schools, he was well grounded in the Bible and helping other people. He worked for Tony’s Pizza. On November 19, 2005 he married Geneva Bishop in Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include his father, Don and stepmother, Shirley Dauber, Hutchinson, three daughters, Brittney, Chelsea, and Jessica Dauber, all of Hutchinson, a brother, James Dauber, Springfield, MO, and a sister, Cheryl Strait, Kingman.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Norene Dauber.
Visitation will be held from 1-9PM Saturday and Sunday, with the family present from 2-4PM Sunday, all at Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hutchinson. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday at First Church of the Nazarene, Hutchinson, with Pastor Doug Wyatt presiding. Burial will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Ebenezer Cemetery, Burns, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to the William Dauber Children’s Fund, in care of Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home and Crematory, Hutchinson.
